Pros

Camraderie amongst coworkers, quality level of people and technology quite high, ability to have a sense of real satisfaction when a project hits the air or is seen by audiences, wealth of employee resources and benefits available by corporate owners, fun events for employee population on occasion (i.e. holidays, etc). Facility HQ are modern, clean and stylish.

Cons

Managers so overwhelmed by work, no time to dedicate themselves to creating supportive work environment for overworked staff. No interest in build careers of staffs, no upward promotion unless you become someone's lackey or assistant, company doesn't fire employees who continually deny doing their work assignments, are lazy or won't agree to doing what's required of their jobs. Hours can be brutal with no eye on relieving some of the workload on occasion. Dept Manager focuses on his own needs over people on his staff. No recognition of a job well done, ever. No incentive plans for bonus, etc. No analysis of what work is done and how, to develop better practices.
