Underpaid and unprofessional environment - Personal Banker CNB Bank Employee Review

There isn't room for growth. You are underpaid, even with a degree. I received a .75 cent raise after my first year with my boss telling me, "I hope this helps". You can be surrounded by great people but the environment can become quickly annoyed and speak to you in an unprofessional manner. Hours weren't great. You could tell that management didn't care about you outside of the fake, friendly exchanges.
