CNA is a place to work. It was a decent office, it has employees, it has computers and applications that may or may not work. Some nice people will help you. PT/benefits are

Be ready to learn quick and remember a lot that is not written in the instructions. Be ready to be a self learner. Do not care about people just care about getting the job done. Hard to get ahead unless you know someone or have been there for very long time. Minimal raises and opportunities for advancing in the company once you have hit a certain ceiling. Very poor workplace culture.
