      they offer great benefits and PTO

      Cons

      They brought HR on then got rid of HR. We need HR back. Got some things flowing with employee engagement and recognition and now when went back to not appreciating employees. Not sure what they were thinking. Great things were happening when they brought HR in. Start up company-always restructuring-not sure what will happen next everyone on toes.

      Pros

      Most people in non-management roles are nice people.

      Cons

      Low pay for the level of work done, deep nepotism, aggressive CEO - literally throws napoleonic tantrums during meetings - highly unprofessional, and the rest of the C-Suite are just as odd. Sales is stressful. This is one of those places that will claim “we’re a family here” and then blowtorch you.
