Location by warehouses, poor communication at times

Every day delivers a new challenge, and with a supportive team around you to bounce ideas off, you can really thrive overcoming various objectives to reach the final result. I joined during the pandemic, and have seen the business navigate its way through some turbulent times. The Management have always kept their focus on customer care and reward the staff well with some generous benefits. The business has seen lots of changes since it started in 2010, most notably the increase of staff headcount and new categories to add to its portfolio. The core management have extremely high desire and work ethic for the business to be successful - and for that reason the business trajectory is going one way - up!

The pace is fast, so it wont suit the faint-hearted. You need to be prepared for handwork!
