      Working in a community gave me chance to learn a lot of things. Could reach out to the community and learn new skills. Giving back to the community makes me feel good about myself.

      1. Though in garments manufacturing, it's a fully IT based company which invests in the latest technology machinery. 2. There are always ongoing projects and business development. It is challenging to align process and project simultaneously 3. Project development & investment goes with FUTURE business scope and remain on top of competition 4. This combination gives the willingness for the extra effort to achieve the goals 5. If you didn't have a skill or talent, acquire, learn and excel in it...and this has helped to increase the RFT %
