The people at CMT are all very intelligent. The teams I was able to participate in and work alongside were very welcoming and eager to teach me and my fellow interns. They expected a lot out of us but at the same time provided enough grace and encouragement to not overwhelm any of the interns. I was introduced to almost all aspects of their business and feel as though I learned a lot in my time there. Each person I worked with was extremely willing to answer questions and take time to sit with me and offer advice.

The office can initially feel unorganized. They work in a fast-paced environment that takes some time getting used to. Each person on their operations team is constantly juggling multiple tasks and sometimes even multiple positions. It was hard at times to manage the priority scale of tasks, but as communication got stronger and I gained confidence this issue became minimal.
