CMS Solutions is a fast growing company with many opportunities for those with the drive to succeed. The team is made up of great individuals who are there to support you and help you not only exceed the expectation of clients but reach your personal goals. "Not my job" is something you will not hear. Creativity and problem solving are encouraged with employees being able to take an idea and run with it.

With the growth of employees and clients it is sometimes hard to keep track of who does what. Continued communication is key in making this fast-paced company more organized.

You will learn a lot working here, but mostly about what not to do once you obtain a position somewhere else.

Working at CMS was like being in an abusive relationship. You will feel like you are making progress at times. Unfortunately it's only a matter of time before one/all of the department heads/ managers make you feel worthless as a subordinate and as a person. It's not above management to talk about employees with extreme vulgarity, often commenting on (female) employees genitals and appearance. You are lucky if it's not to your face.
