Pros
CMS is a growing company with a lot of young talent. It is a good place to gain marketing experience or get your foot in the door with marketing altogether. There are also many opportunities with growing equity partners.
Cons
Job security is very vague. They try to set you up for a career path that fits your interests, however, most of their marketing positions involve making cold calls in some way or another. If you are not good at making cold calls, then you probably won't be with the company for very long. Also, morale there is terribly low. Executive management has a tendency to intimidate and discourage employees, which is always counterproductive.
