Pros
Company provides opportunities in latest technologies, offers good salary hike if you are currently being paid very low package, 2 months notice period which is lesser than most IT MNCs. Company has provided a covid kavach health policy add-on, for which a nominal premium is deducted from our salaries, but still a good decision. Company provides 18 days of Privilege Leave + 6 days of Casual leave + holidays for festivals as per the client location. The good thing is out of the 18 days PL, employee has to utilise 8 compulsarily and same for all the 6 CLs . I think this is a good policy as it ensures that a person utilises atleast 14 holidays in a year and is able to carry forward the remaining 10.
Cons
Salary credit date is 3rd and 7th for different employees, but ever since Covid struck, salaries are being paid out with a delay of 15-20 days every month, but at the same time the company has also made it mandatory to report to office/client location right since Nov/Dec 2020. They do not care how you reach office, you may wait in long queues or travel in crowded buses or drive on jammed roads (because general public is not allowed to travel during office hours yet). The company doesn't have a chat tool like Skype or Teams so if you have to communicate with your colleagues, you are forced to use whatsapp on which they will also disturb you during your personal hours. There is nothing called as a company culture as most employees are deputed on client locations and need to follow policies, holidays, dress codes etc of the client company. The HR policies are not transparent. One of the tenured person (working in CMS since 15+ years) told me that there is no appraisal process. Hikes are given on need basis.
