I enjoy working for CMS Funding. We have a really great staff and that makes it a happy and friendly place to go to everyday. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and is the type of company that you get out of it what you put into it. Senior Management offers great mentoring and support.

To many office lunches make it hard to stay on a diet!

The work environment is fantastic. The group of people here at CMS Funding are all overly polite, nice, genuine people who truly do care about your well being and success. The management is always willing to help you advance your career in anyway they can. As mentioned the environment is one that you will not dread coming into work everyday. We are all highly motivated people, with that being said, we are able to maintain an environment that will not completely drain you or stress you out. Yes, there are obviously expectations. However, they are expectations that are attainable and you will be rewarded with more than a pat on the back for meeting those expectations.

The only con I can possibly think of can be said for almost every job in sales. Yes there is a base salary as well as commissions. However, it is difficult sometimes to project or forecast how much you expect to make every month. If you are someone who is driven, the money is there.
