Bonus targets are always moved. Recruitment process from advertising to interviewing to start day is a complete farce. Many will be asked to start on a day and nobody in other teams have been notified to purchase equipment or been sent an invite to carry out inductions. HR forget new starters coming in and left waiting. Selection of management are favourites. HR forget alot of things when asked and misplace paper. Prepare for 4 appraisal's a year which none of it is acted on after the moment. Loads of fighting between group. Very very high turnover all across the group. Many bosses brought in to act as supervisors and come with no plans or strategy. Expect you to do jobs not on description then expect you to do it all of the time. Many objectives set but are never carried out. Go round in circles about the same things.

training is not completed by a senior tech. You are left to figure out how to complete the task at hand on your own with incorrect work instructions and incorrect schematics. They always have the intention to correct these problems but never do (bad management). There is constant bickering. hard working employees receive no acknowledgement and the slacking employees receive pay raises (again bad management). Select few are protected. Employees are not treated equally. high turn over rate
