      Pros

      I have been with CMP for a year now, and I couldn't be happier! The work environment is great, and the management team is caring and supportive. Getting to work in an inclusive and innovative environment with a stated emphasis on teamwork, excellence and service to client and coworkers alike makes me want to get up and come to work every morning. And, while we do work hard, we still make time for fun, which helps to build and maintain the awesome office culture we all enjoy.

      Cons

      While the work is fast-paced and sometimes challenging, it is so worth the effort!

      Pros

      I really appreciate being able to help others in my every day work life. I love helping with events: seeing everything come together beautifully. Our attendees and sponsors leaving refreshed with new ideas and education to improve their own professional (and personal!) lives. I also love that the team is open to new ideas to improve processes- we get better and better every event! Our team is like family and I can confidently say that everyone has each other's backs. I also wholeheartedly appreciate that our leadership team encourages good work/life balance and provides a bit of flexibility as needed.

      Cons

      With the ebb and flow of events, sometimes we fall into working additional hours... there is a lot to juggle, but it keeps us on our toes and keeps things interesting!

      The owners are kind and sweet

      Cons

      People are overworked and underpaid. A lot of micromanagement going on. Leadership team plays favors.
