      Some colleagues are nice and friendly.

      Cons

      Management's direction is unclear and messy. Expects you to take on several brands/roles when your contract is tied to one brand only. No increment in salary and constantly gaslight you during performance review and say that you are doing a poor job.

      Pros

      Small, flexible medical marketing company. Specializes in the Pharmaceutical - Biotech industry. Well positioned for advisory panels or medical manuscripts, marketing oriented. Fantastic expertise with small scale, focused projects or meetings. Wonderful people to work for!

      Cons

      Lost the real muscle of the company last year (2011) when the meeting planning division was spun off. Great for small, focused work, not for large projects. The affordable healthcare act removed incentives for Pharmaceutics to pursue large scale research, which will hinder future work opportunities with Pharma/Biotech.
