      Nepotism and favoritism are the flavors of the day. Zero support from management as they are too busy covering their rears. Managers lacking in experience and don't have basic management 101 training. Employees' personal business is shared by Managers with other employees. Training and advancement opportunities are extended to family members first. Do not believe promises made at hiring- they won't happen. 4 layoffs in 1 year.

      Wonderful onboarding experience. Smooth, relaxed and seamless! Managers treat us like adults, no micro-managing, very supportive and accessible when needed. Team is SO friendly and welcoming. Everyone very willing to help if asked. Professional organization with the best leadership I've had the pleasure of working with in a very long time! Incredibly grateful to be here!

      Pros

      -The best onboarding experience that I've ever had in my career -Everything has been professional from the training to the team experience on a weekly basis. -Management is transparent and efficient with their communication. I feel like I know everything happening within the company and that's rare in the mortgage world.

      Cons

      None that I can think of...CMG has been a 5-Star Experience from Day 1 and I'm super happy with my decision to join the West Denver Team.
