Cons
1. Very poor management and unhealthy company culture.
2. The CTO’s behavior is highly unprofessional and toxic toward juniors and interns. He often treats employees disrespectfully and creates a fear-based environment instead of a supportive workplace.
- Internship periods are frequently extended unnecessarily (often 5–6 months), even for very minor issues. In one case, an internship was extended because of being unable to install AnyDesk, which reflects poor judgment and lack of proper mentorship.
