      Pros

      4day work weeks, pleasant coworkers.

      Cons

      CEO total narcissist. Views clients like cash cows, no true loyalty to anyone but themself. High turnover and the people who remain are still there because they are beaten down so badly by CEO. Required to write false online reviews for clients.

      CMDS is filled with dedicated employees, many of whom have been with the company for years. They remain with the company because of the positive, honest, and professional culture we are proud to have built at CMDS. This review and the obviously false claims within it make it abundantly clear that this individual does not share CMDS’ values.

      Pros

      I worked at CMDS for 3 years, and it was amazing working on great projects with a team of top-tier industry professionals. Working under the Creative Director, I constantly felt supported in the projects we worked on and in my professional growth. The team truly is a family that will go above and beyond for one another and make a 10-hour day fly by with all the fun we have. I can't recommend CMDS enough!
