Friendly colleagues and fear treatment. I like to work here.

Pay should be higher. Other companies tend to offer more.

People are kind. They do genuinely see us as people and do try to be flexible when personal problems arise.

The firms medical benefits are great, PTO and work from home policies are poor but clearly a work in progress. Otherwise, its just office politics/favoritism that all firms deal with.
