      Innovative European Hong Kong based design consultancy with a lot of experience of working with International clients and Asian Factories. Flexible working hours and allows the project lead to manage the work.

      The company needs to diversify its base of vendors out of Asia

      Pros

      People are kind. They do genuinely see us as people and do try to be flexible when personal problems arise.

      Cons

      The firms medical benefits are great, PTO and work from home policies are poor but clearly a work in progress. Otherwise, its just office politics/favoritism that all firms deal with.
