      This is a great opportunity to learn about team coordination as well as build technical skills while working on unique and fulfilling projects.

      Cons

      The growth within the company is very limited and fails to provide much encouragement/incentive for improvement.

      Pros

      If you put in your share of the work, you’ll be OK. Positive points are given for the somewhat relaxed atmosphere, laissez-faire management style, and being able to browse the web. You’ll also meet many good people along the way.

      Cons

      Minimal praise and promotions are offered. Good feedback is recognized to a degree but not rewarded directly. The skills learned here are not easily transferred to applications elsewhere. There is little growth potential in this role and within the company.
