      Pros

      Easy job, not very demanding. You won't have to think about it after work hours. Payment goes accordingly with tasks required. It is a pretty good job if you are planning to do something else in the near future.

      Cons

      There is no career advancement. Managers are from India only, all technical staff with poor management skills. Company structure is completely flat.

      Pros

      If you put in your share of the work, you’ll be OK. Positive points are given for the somewhat relaxed atmosphere, laissez-faire management style, and being able to browse the web. You’ll also meet many good people along the way.

      Cons

      Minimal praise and promotions are offered. Good feedback is recognized to a degree but not rewarded directly. The skills learned here are not easily transferred to applications elsewhere. There is little growth potential in this role and within the company.
