      Good work life balance. Friendly environment to work in. Great location Interesting projects to work.

      Pace is too slow. Low salary package. More of a government company mentality. No casual dress code

      Pros

      If you put in your share of the work, you’ll be OK. Positive points are given for the somewhat relaxed atmosphere, laissez-faire management style, and being able to browse the web. You’ll also meet many good people along the way.

      Cons

      Minimal praise and promotions are offered. Good feedback is recognized to a degree but not rewarded directly. The skills learned here are not easily transferred to applications elsewhere. There is little growth potential in this role and within the company.
