      Pros

      Was a great company once upon a time in the Stan Rabin and Marvin Selig days. Once these two left, the company lost it's soul.

      Cons

      If you're part of the gene pool-someone's brother, nephew, son, brother or sister, the sky is the limit. If you lack a genetic connection-you're just an employee number on an SAP report.
