Pros
I loved most of the time I spent at CMC. The people are great, pay and benefits are about average. Managers can be pretty understanding and flexible.
Cons
Little to no room for advancement. Corporate managers in Irving are to quick to pat themselves on the back for a job well done without understanding what is happening on a local level and quickly distance themselves from any wrong doing they may cause.
