Pros
The work life balance from what I saw during my time there was pretty good. There wasn't much pressure to stay past regular hours. Workplace safety was also emphasized heavily during my time there which is never a bad thing.
Cons
The culture at the location I worked at was dead, everyone did their own thing and there wasn't much encouragement to spend time and socialize with coworkers. It was hard to feel motivated to accomplish anything for the company when I didn't feel any bond with the other people who worked there.
