Lack of vision and decision making from management. More cliques then a middle school with high management involved. Promotions based on cliques and lunch groups. In clique ,managers eat and treat others to lunch on a daily basis on company cards, out of clique scrutinized over minute spending. Designs and manufacturing techniques outdated.
