Even within the same role over time the changing demands of our clients ensure that you can't stand still for long. Flexibility in working arrangements is a big reason people stay here.

      Cons

      Fast pace, constant pressure, problem solving, demanding clients and the high expected standards for work mean agency life in medical communications isn't for everyone.
