When starting out at this company, you will be able to learn quite a bit for your personal professional development. They are flexible with the time you can start work.

Biggest downside is the pay. It doesn't even come close to the state average in compensation. Expect $10,000 to $20,000 less than state average. Innovative ideas are scoffed at and pretty much ignored. Upper management is holding on to old ideas of trying to grow a company and treating employees. Middle management really doesn't have leadership abilities that will inspire and motivate.
