1. Partners have free Health Insurance, lower paid employees have to pay more each year. 2. Partners want fewer partners so they each get more bonus. 3. Partners do not want ESOP as afraid they might have to share limited bonus, what examples show is ESOP firms grow exponentially and enrich all members
