The company gives you opportunity to work overseas, is the sort of company that likes to maintain you employees.
Cons
Is not a good payer at all. Salaries are very poor, it's not a company focus on goals and be aggressive it slow down, you have to be patient. French don't assume risks and also they don't define priority they just let it go
