Pros
The equipment, applications and systems are all impressive. It never gets old watching all the pieces come together and seeing the end result. Also the new owners are trying to build the business up, increase capacity and expand CM's already robust product line.
Cons
The new owners created a substantial amount of red tape making simple tasks extremely challenging and frustrating for no reason.
