Pros
I am in love with this company and it's culture. I can stand by their values that are customer facing that alow me to be able to represent the logo with pride. my previous work environment was incredible customer and employee printed so it took a lot for me to consider pivoting career paths and companies but after experiencing a few of their events I saw that this was a safe space for my values and worthy of my full efforts and work ethics. this unfortunately seems to be a hard find especially in the HVAC industry, so I feel incredibly lucky to have been presented the opportunity to work with such a company like CM Heating! With any company that it growing within this climate, change is expected to be able to navigate this ever changing economy. CM heating has done so gracefully with all efforts to not sacrafice any values or integrity. I could go on but in short..great company and I feel honored to be a part of it.
Cons
nothing out of the norm of any working environment. presenter with a problem I myself and or the support system aka my team is able to find resolve fairly quickly. be prepared to work your butt off and enjoy doing it.
