      Pros

      The people that work here are great and you will make friends quickly.

      Cons

      There is a disparity in salary. Many people are unhappy with the work, systems and management. CLS does not seem to be a very professional place to work and there are too many rumours about management to feel comfortable.

      Nice office, easy work, decent pay

      Cons

      owner is bipolar, watched on cameras at all times which is creepy sometimes, expectations change daily
