      as a vendor of SCB in China, it has good relationship with SCB.

      Cons

      it's a vendor of SCB and it's headquarter of China is based in Shanghai. Therefore it's TJ office's working efficiency for administration is not that good.

      It is very free, as i was employed by clps and work at ebay
