Pros

- Salary is paid. - Relaxed environment if you only want to do insignificant or burden work without questioning.

Cons

Full of unprofessional abusers who have had no real management experience and culture in their career before, in a proper company setting. They also seem to suffer from a kind of sadistic and narcissistic behaviour problem. - The bullies seem to have zero tolerance for criticism. They don't admit any need for improvement or correction attempts for wrong decisions that had been made in the past. Even though most of the time they are the cause of the problems, they blame some external factors ( past employees, consultants, companies, new hires ), this sometimes reaches to a level of mass hysteria. - They seem to seek for a military level of hierarchy and obedience which is very unusual for an IT setup. Unfortunately this is backed by visa problems and relocation support for foreign nationals. Some wannaabe directors and their bully followers display sadistic tendencies and verbal abuse in this aspect. ( Overuse of the words boss, master, slave etc. in irrelevant contexts. Immoral references to private life, making fun of and insulting the already assigned tasks, yelling, not using the word please, ordering sentences, ignoring one while speaking etc. ) - Some secretaries seemed to be deliberately used as a tool to abuse people inside the company. These functionaries seem to chase people and collect constant information about with whom and what one talks etc. and then mislead, lie and use this information for character assassination and forced termination after isolation. - Because there are few real challanges, the wannabe managers find generous time to seek ways to isolate people they see as a threat. To this end, they seem to hide the root causes for problems, disinform about the importance of tasks and manipulate more people around them with half-truths againist anyone who they see as a target. - Cramped and noisy office space. No air conditioning. No unmonitored private space available. This also restricts alternative job search acitivities and phone talks, checking emails etc. - One is unofficially but constantly forced to attend out of work hours activities, lunch, unofficially warned to look happy and warned to talk positive about the environment. When and with whom you have lunch ( eaten together ) is seemed to be tracked daily by HR. - Being competetive and performing better than some established abusers is warned unofficialy. - The wannabe managers ( in fact seasoned team members who still do the same hands on jobs as anyone else ) are seemingly very protective about loosing their jobs and hide important tasks from the rest of the team. They assign burden tasks and hide any relevant information from the rest of the team without any explanation. - Even for a very small team people can be excluded from meetings to seemingly create the divide and conquer or isolation atmosphere. Isolation is cloaked as seperation of duties. - There is a majority of an ethnic group who seem to cooporate symbiotically with the narcissistic wannabe directors and act together in bullying activities to protect each other. ( Imagine a caricature of a mafia and some gossip chatter that never ends ). - The company seem to have no policy against discrimination and abuse follow up. When reported, such behaviour seems to be welcome as default company culture and further activity is discouraged or ignored. - Naturally the staff turnover rate is very high except the established abusers.

As the above review contains slanderous and false information, we felt the need to post a response. We know the person who has written the review. He was not happy with his job within CLIQ despite of our efforts to have him enjoy his work. Fortunately, most (former) employees CLIQ are happy with being or having been employed by us. We are known to have a safe and open environment. Our highly motivated employees and management enjoy working together and their cooperation is always with mutual respect. We have employees from all over the world working for us. They have a variety of backgrounds, which makes our company high-standard when it comes to diversity. The average time that employees are working for CLIQ is relatively high, which is due to the pleasant working atmosphere and the fact that employees are dedicated to deliver. If nevertheless an employee is unhappy, both management and HR are open for discussion any time. We are always prepared to consider taking the necessary measures to make the employee happy with his work again.

Pros

The international culture is very nice. The is a really nice atmosphere in the company, very informal and fun

Cons

The business itself. Money making is prio 1, not the product itself Vague agreements in terms of salaries. No possibility to grow
