Pros

- Work from home during the pandemic - Work leads to important and positive environmental impacts

Cons

- High turnover at leadership levels, very little diversity in high level leadership positions - Chaotic leadership that lacks emotional intelligence, not able to clearly communicate departmental vision in a clear or motivating way - Career growth opportunities few and far between, and handed out based on manager/leadership "favorites" rather than proven track records and past achievements - Accounts are often not staffed properly/sufficiently - Little to no "team" feeling or culture, operating in islands - Company made it through 2020 on the backs of the employees taking an even % pay cut and eliminating 401K contributions for a period, and then leadership turned around and rewarded themselves with a post-2020 "special incentive" that was a significantly higher percentage than individual contributors and managers. Leadership: "Pay cuts for 2020 -- even across the board! Reward funds for making it through 2020 -- we'll be taking most of that, thanks!" Generally speaking, CLEAResult was on an uphill trend for a couple years, but it has sunk back down into a toxic work environment with poor leadership and low respect shown to employees.

Pros

I have worked in CLR for 4 years as contractor and my experience was very positive , I have joined as a FTE with the expectation of contributing in a collaborative and respectful environment. Unfortunately, my experience was different. After raising concerns with leadership and HR regarding my work environment and management practices, I submitted a formal written complaint requesting that the company investigate whether company policies on fair treatment and non-retaliation had been followed. Following the submission of my complaint, I did not receive a response or acknowledgment from HR regarding whether an investigation would be initiated. Throughout my experience, I felt that I was subjected to frequent criticism, repeated rework, inconsistent expectations, and a lack of psychological safety. From my perspective, these issues made it difficult to perform my job effectively and created a hostile work environment from my manager theres no co-oparation. All my fellow collogues also shared the same experience . Unfortunately no actions has been taken

Cons

I have spent good 4 years with collaborative people in high pace agile environment and delivered more than 40 projects .I have received Lot of opportunity for learning and growth.
