Pros

Great work environment as long as stick with the rules and show up everyday.

Cons

No holidays off, but holiday pay. You can only work at your home. No where to really grow to and no increase in pay unless you change roles. Cannot miss any extra days without being harassed and reminded of corrective actions set in place. The pay is too low, if you are trying to support a family.

Pros

I've had a very positive experience here, largely because of the people. I genuinely enjoy working with my manager and team—they're supportive, collaborative, and incredibly talented. There's a high degree of autonomy and trust, I'm empowered to make decisions, take ownership of my work, and have a real impact on the business. CLEAR moves quickly, which creates opportunities to tackle challenges and see ideas come to life. While there are always complex problems to solve, I've consistently felt like I have the resources, support, and cross-functional partnership needed to be successful. I've also really valued the in-office culture. Being together in person has helped me build relationships across teams that likely wouldn't have developed in a fully remote environment.

Cons

The pace can be fast, which isn't for everyone. Priorities can shift as the business evolves, so flexibility and adaptability are important.
