Pros

The wage was 19 an hour

Cons

Literally everything else. Listen to the reviews. SAs and management are absolute trash and don’t fully carry their jobs out. Sit on their fat arses all day and complain. Inconsistent rules switches almost daily and no real solutions or actions are ever taken for multiple reports on harassment and toxic work environment caused by certain individuals that are known for their mischief. Very one-sided in thinking and rules aren’t equally applied. Management play Favorites and they get away with the worst. If you’re not a kiss-ass or yes man then forget it. Pointing out the flaws in management when asked will get you fired. They can dish out the criticism but can’t take it. A clean sweep on all authoritative roles is needed. Security breaches are had and the lines are blurred when its convenient. The whole CLEAR company for LAS don’t deserve to work with TSA and needs to be shut down. Please save your sanity and not work here. It’s not worth it.

Pros

There is a great culture and great team at CLEAR.

Cons

Work-Life balance gets worse as you get promoted, though this is typical anywhere.

Pros

I've had a very positive experience here, largely because of the people. I genuinely enjoy working with my manager and team—they're supportive, collaborative, and incredibly talented. There's a high degree of autonomy and trust, I'm empowered to make decisions, take ownership of my work, and have a real impact on the business. CLEAR moves quickly, which creates opportunities to tackle challenges and see ideas come to life. While there are always complex problems to solve, I've consistently felt like I have the resources, support, and cross-functional partnership needed to be successful. I've also really valued the in-office culture. Being together in person has helped me build relationships across teams that likely wouldn't have developed in a fully remote environment.

Cons

The pace can be fast, which isn't for everyone. Priorities can shift as the business evolves, so flexibility and adaptability are important.
