Pros

The company is great! The job is simple and fun. The day goes by quick! Also free membership.

Cons

They hire and promote very young individuals. 23 under for management roles. It’s completely a mess. There’s no training being done for new hires, old employees are running around doing nothing leaving untrained new employees on their own when this is a job connected to airport security. It’s insane how much they don’t care or take the job seriously whatsoever Also, 30 min lunch break in an airport.. it takes 30 mins just to get your food and if you bring lunch to work but your in terminal 3, you have to clock out and walk to the office that’s in terminal 2’s basement.. so that’s 10 mins of your lunch spent. Should be illegal to be honest.

Pros

There is a great culture and great team at CLEAR.

Cons

Work-Life balance gets worse as you get promoted, though this is typical anywhere.

Pros

I've had a very positive experience here, largely because of the people. I genuinely enjoy working with my manager and team—they're supportive, collaborative, and incredibly talented. There's a high degree of autonomy and trust, I'm empowered to make decisions, take ownership of my work, and have a real impact on the business. CLEAR moves quickly, which creates opportunities to tackle challenges and see ideas come to life. While there are always complex problems to solve, I've consistently felt like I have the resources, support, and cross-functional partnership needed to be successful. I've also really valued the in-office culture. Being together in person has helped me build relationships across teams that likely wouldn't have developed in a fully remote environment.

Cons

The pace can be fast, which isn't for everyone. Priorities can shift as the business evolves, so flexibility and adaptability are important.
