Pros

good workers, snacks are good when its break or an event, they somewhat care for you not really

Cons

they are the worst to work for especially if your working at MIA airport, they don't care if you think you have covid, they don't care about family issues, they suck at communicating the right way. Don't get me wrong the employees are fine it's the management that sucks. All they care about is whether you are coming in or not. They are a terrible management , if they mess up with not assisting in the verifying process but does greeting all day , once you screw up with being overwhelmed by the number of members your trying to get through they don't care . you screw up that's it the badge is there's until further notice .

Pros

There is a great culture and great team at CLEAR.

Cons

Work-Life balance gets worse as you get promoted, though this is typical anywhere.

Pros

I've had a very positive experience here, largely because of the people. I genuinely enjoy working with my manager and team—they're supportive, collaborative, and incredibly talented. There's a high degree of autonomy and trust, I'm empowered to make decisions, take ownership of my work, and have a real impact on the business. CLEAR moves quickly, which creates opportunities to tackle challenges and see ideas come to life. While there are always complex problems to solve, I've consistently felt like I have the resources, support, and cross-functional partnership needed to be successful. I've also really valued the in-office culture. Being together in person has helped me build relationships across teams that likely wouldn't have developed in a fully remote environment.

Cons

The pace can be fast, which isn't for everyone. Priorities can shift as the business evolves, so flexibility and adaptability are important.
