Pros

High chance of earning lots of money through sales and a more than decent hourly wage (if working at SFO). Get paid to talk to people. opportunities for new experiences, like hosting at different events for sales like (linkedin, facebook, sports arenas).

Cons

Long hours of standing, 8 hours in fact unless working extra hours. Having holidays off is nearly impossible. Vacations must be planned 6 months in advance. Lots of down time, by which i mean zero interaction with people.

Pros

I've had a very positive experience here, largely because of the people. I genuinely enjoy working with my manager and team—they're supportive, collaborative, and incredibly talented. There's a high degree of autonomy and trust, I'm empowered to make decisions, take ownership of my work, and have a real impact on the business. CLEAR moves quickly, which creates opportunities to tackle challenges and see ideas come to life. While there are always complex problems to solve, I've consistently felt like I have the resources, support, and cross-functional partnership needed to be successful. I've also really valued the in-office culture. Being together in person has helped me build relationships across teams that likely wouldn't have developed in a fully remote environment.

Cons

The pace can be fast, which isn't for everyone. Priorities can shift as the business evolves, so flexibility and adaptability are important.
