Pros

I enjoy the people I work with, both in-office and remotely at the various business units. I find my work challenging but manageable. We have a very nice office space with plenty of windows/natural light.

Cons

The culture is very old-school/traditional. With the new CEO things have eased up slightly - we are allowed to wear jeans on Fridays now, but the "business casual" dress code still applies to shoes/tops so it's not quite a "Casual Friday" atmosphere.

Pros

For the most part people are great. I'd say most of the managers know what they are doing, which is a miracle for a company these days. They will allow you to flex time or let you work from home occasionally Casual dress code

Cons

-No advancement for women. -Technologically they are 20 years behind. The ERP system is terrible and you will have to do a lot of work manual. very little automation. -Employees are very underutilized. They have smart people with advanced degrees doing clerical work that someone right out of college could do. -Total lack of project management knowledge, very poor execution. -Lack of communication, although that is getting slightly better -They say they are Lean, but they do not know what Lean is. -There are maybe two engineers in the whole company who know how to design, and will help you. The rest could care less. -Lots and lots of fingerpointing and refusing to take responsibility -People who should have been fired years ago are still there, while they laid off decent people. -Lots of unpaid overtime.
