Pros

The company is in a space with lots of potential. They offer something unique in terms of the product. They have a great set of clients and are looking to build something interesting for the market and are seeing lots of success. The best part about working for Clara is the team. Lots of hardworking intelligent people who are focussed on growing the company through all means! There are regular fun events and management has worked hard on making changes to the culture to prime us for growth and scalability. As an employee at Clara, there are a lot of opportunities for growth. The fact that we don multiple hats lets us be the master of where we want to go as our career progresses. Exposure to all the workings of the product and client dealings really gives a macro view on how companies function and grow and for anyone looking to have their own company one day, this place really teaches you how to scale up!

Cons

Typical cons of a start-up where everything tends to be high-priority, so everyday work gets pushed aside.

Pros

Clara is at the forefront of building the future of insurance using AI. Very collaborative and interdisciplinary environment where you get to learn rapidly as you build and innovate! Very flexible and helpful people!

Cons

Like any startup, pay is not the highest. But the process/experience makes it totally worth it!!

Pros

Fully Remote Most of the people doing the actual work are competent and efficient

Cons

Terrible leadership, inexplicable decision making, no communication, secrets among a company of only 50, unexplained layoffs and firings, ADD style project and product management (what's the next shiny object), product doesn't actually work well so can't hold onto any clients.
