The people are pretty nice

-Toxic work culture -Managers constantly on phones on social media but staff have to hand their phones in -Performance is tied to the number of reviews recieved but if you ask for customer based tasks to get those reviews this is often refused - Constantly expected to go above and beyond and take on extra work - Monthly incentives are almost always work time unpaid for measly rewards - No opportunities for progression
