      Great leadership team, friendly coworkers, being a small organization work is not limited to the Job Description but you are exposed to a lot of areas above your comfort level and make you realize you can do much more.

      Cons

      Salary and Benefits have been quite a disappointment.

      Company outings; lots of workplace events and team building exercises.

      Cons

      Long hours; smaller company so much larger workload. Not much room for upward mobility.
