Pros
The people that work at CK-12 are like one big family. Everyone is courteous and there are a lot of celebrations that make birthdays and life events special. Also, FREE HIGH QUALITY EDUCATION! THAT'S AMAZING!
Cons
Management is wishy-washy, and has created a hostile work environment. There is a lid put on creativity and the dev team is held to different standards than the content team which has made the company culture a divided one.
