      Some experience, if that. Waste of time.

      Cons

      Long hours and barely meeting industry standard pay. Would not recommend. Divide and concur is management style. Quick to hire and fire. Lots of turnover. Unprofessional management. Push employees to work multiple hours and overtime while on salary. Promise bonuses are worth it at end of year, but most years didn't even give any. They will take advantage of you. Not a healthy environment both mentally and physically. No work culture or values.

      Pros

      Big scope and many disciplines on projects keeps things interesting.

      Cons

      Long hours. No work life balance. They don't even take the day after Thanksgiving off. No Mentorship. Verbal abuse and condescending attitude from management People are hired and fired often that it creates an atmosphere of fear. It pushes employees to look out for themselves and not lend a hand to others.
