Pros
- Some of the people you work with are easy to get along with. - Somewhat steady pay. - Not very complicated.
Cons
- The people who are naturally hard-working, are continually expected to work harder and harder. - The people who are lazy are continually allowed to carry on doing as little as possible. - The rate of pay is a bit low for the industry. - There is a massive amount of mutual disrespect between management and floor personnel. - The production "POP Score" is unbalanced in such a way that the harder you work, the harder it is to maintain a decent score. - You are often approached with less than 30 minutes left on your shift and told that you are required to stay for an additional 2-4 hours mandatory overtime. If you can't stay over, you will be given half of an attendance point. If you accumulate 10 points, you're fired.
