      Co-workers are understanding and work really well as a team. You learn a lot about the medical profession and work along side doctors.

      Very strict on PTO and break time is not enough.

      Pros

      Hands-on experience with EMR systems and patient documentation. Strong patient-facing experience with diverse cases and populations. Exposure to working with multiple providers and medical specialties. Fast-paced environment that builds adaptability and multitasking skills.

      Cons

      Pay may feel lower compared to the intensity and volume of work- but unfortunately is typical for premed/prehealth professionals.
