Pros
possibilty to accomadate with family or private obligations wich is very nice and other then that they tend to listen and try to satisfy their employees but the human ressources get in te way most of the time.
Cons
the management clearly doesnt have a clue how to manage their clients wich is really a disaster and they still don t get it with their employees.
